How do I book a lesson?

Booking a lesson or course with Better is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to secure your spot.

Step 1: Find the right lesson

• Visit the Better booking system to browse available lessons and courses.
• If you're unsure which lesson is best for your child, check the swimming lessons or gymnastics lessons website pages for guidance.

Step 2: Select your location and activity

• Choose your preferred location and activity.
• Use filters to narrow down results:
  • On a desktop, filters are on the left.
  • On a mobile, tap the filter icon at the top.

Step 3: Add to basket and checkout

• Click "Book" on your chosen timeslot to add it to your basket.
• Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Sign in or register

• Existing customers: Sign in with your email and password.
• New customers: Click "Register" and enter the attendee's details.

Step 5: Payment and confirmation

• Some centres offer concessionary prices. These will be reflected at checkout if available.
• Please note that Direct Debit payment dates cannot be changed.
• Review the fees, including any applicable set up fee or month-in-hand payment (used towards your final month if you cancel).
• Enter your bank or building society details to set up monthly Direct Debit.
• Once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
